EZWishlist is a free service for creating and sharing wishlists. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own the wishlists you create. Don't use EZWishlist for anything illegal, deceptive, or abusive — we may remove content or accounts that are.

Claiming gifts

Claiming a gift is a courtesy coordination tool, not a purchase or a contract. Unconfirmed claims expire automatically, and wishlist owners can reset any claim on their own lists.

Purchases happen elsewhere

EZWishlist links out to third-party retailers. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for pricing, availability, shipping, or returns. Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our privacy policy).

Service provided as-is

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
